Sales & Business Development Manager
Mission
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and develop the business of our DELTACAST solutions all over the world, today mainly across Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle-East.
- You increase DELTACAST revenue through both new and existing accounts.
- You will quickly recognize promising projects based on market needs.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from analyzing customer requirements to closing the deal, will be key to your success.
- You identify and develop new channel partners and integrators.
- You participate to tradeshows and conferences to hunt new customers and to hold your network.
- Through your multiple interactions with influencers, stakeholders, partners, consultants, integrators, resellers, you provide valuable market input to product management to create a differentiating portfolio and build up business cases.
- Operations and support teams assist you on technical issues and pre-sales missions.
Profile
- Master’s or bachelor degree in a technical or business related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business/market development/sales
- Preferably experience in Stadiums/ ProAV. Knowledge of broadcast & sports industry is a plus.
- Selling software (SaaS) and/or complex solutions is in your DNA.
- Fast thinker with solid strategic insights.
- Strong business acumen; customer- and market driven orientation.
- Excellent listening and verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Pragmatic, energetic, self-starting leader and highly motivated achiever.
- Eagerness to develop and understand markets.
- Proactivity and ability to effectively qualify opportunities are key traits we are seeking.
- You can work independently, while recognizing the importance of collaboration with the sales, marketing team and technical experts.
- You are motivated, persistent, and able to see long sales processes through to completion.
- Fluency in English is a must; French highly appreciated
- Willing and able to frequently travel.
